S&S SON Company’s roots are going back to the 1970’s when Mr Aydil Son established Met GmbH in Hannover, Germany and started exporting breeding cattle from Germany to Turkey and other eastern countries.
During the course of four decades, Mr.Aydil Son has intermediated in the export / import of thousands of cattle for major breeding establishments in Turkey and various global cooperatives. Apart from being the pioneer in livestock and mean, Mr.Aydil Son has been giving consulting advice for the first artificial insemination plants in Turkey and Hungary as well as farms, slaughtering houses and dairy productions units globally.
Renowned projects Mr.Son has intermediated are: Germany – Libia (slaughter bulls and meat), Gemany – S.Atabia (slaughter bulls and meat), Germany – Turkey (pregnant heifers, feeder and slaughter bulls, meat).
Mr.Son’s son, Serhan Son, an economist and businessman, who has been actively engaged in the livestock business since 2001, has set up a new company in Izmir, Turkey taking over the legacy of Met GmbH and its global partners, who have by now become like family. Since then, S&S SON, in addition to its main line of business, that is livestock, meat and semen products, has itermediated in the export and marketing of various products like marble and olive oil (USA), apricot kernels (Italy), mushroom (Holland).
